    I’m super excited! I just love the music for yoga camp 🙂 adding the whole
    mental health part to it is everything I need right now. I trust you
    Adriene (had to think of the titanic scene, I’m eyes closed on the railing

    i’ll do the yoga moves, but i handle my spirituality separate from yoga,
    i’m not opening myself up to that nonsense.

      +alireyisboss why do you call other people’s beliefs nonsense? Thats pretty
      negative and judgmental. Who are you to say that the spiritual side of yoga
      is nonsense? Basically all you need to do is to take what you need and
      leave the rest. But you don’t have to be so negative.

      What all these repliers don’t realize is that not accepting how one person
      chooses to do yoga is ten times as stupid as the “negativity” they have
      supposedly suffered. I mean it was your choice to reply, and your magic
      yoga mind powers apparently did not allow you to remove the comment. I
      mean, I’m not religious, but let people do what they want. Idiots.

    I’m so ready for this, Adriene! My mental health is at an all time low with
    anxious and stressed thoughts. This year, for me, is all about my healing
    and focusing on how to live with and accept anxiety. I’m going to learn how
    to not let it affect me and learn to relax- what better way than to start
    with your yoga camp! Thanks so much :)

      Oh_my_loveee Thanks so much! I’ve actually been going downhill the last few
      months and my anxiety has turned me into an Agoraphobic. I’m learning that
      I may actually have Celiac Disease and that it may be the reason I have all
      of this along with many other health problems (chronic stomach pain,
      migraines, joint problems, etc). I have a gastro appointment later this
      month to get tested and find out!

      it is individual. It is YOUR journey. There is no competition with other

      Hi ! I’m doing yoga for a month now and I was really nervous and anxious in
      everyday life and yoga help. You can see the effect just after one class so

    *Can someone help me?*
    I have problem with my stomach! I am not stressed but I felt I have a stone
    inside my stomach. My Doc said that I have problem with my gut. Im trying
    to eat correct..
    I felt I wanna try in yoga coz I think that helps me to relax and go weight
    loss. Yea, I want to go weight loss.. *but I don’t know which video is
    suits for me.*

      In the playlist there’s this “yoga for weight loss”, but if you’ve never
      practiced Yoga before maybe you should beggin with the “yoga for begginers”
      ? It’s up to you. For your gut problem try to read about “leaky gut
      syndrome” in Chris Kresser’s blog, for example. Hope it helps.

      Hi Geisha, I hope that now (4 weeks later) you are feeling better?
      If you still have the same problems, try to focus on specific foods and try
      to find out which will make your gut do weird. For me it was lactose (milk,
      cheese, butter etc.) that made me feel horrible, but I always accepted this
      unease or even pain as ‘normal’. But after eliminating those products from
      my diet I feel much better, more energy and gut-problems are gone 🙂 Hope
      you’ll find your cause and rid these stomach-aches.
      Btw, if you want to focus on weight loss, try doing some cardio (or
      strength) next to yoga. Gotta burn those calories! 😉

    Hello Adrienne !! I’ve been following ur yoga for more than a year and so
    far the best one on the net . Of late I have been having digestive issues ,
    liver and gall bladder inflammation. Can u guide me to yoga for
    inflammation and digestive issues please . I am seeing a naturopath and
    she’s helping me with the diet n recommended some yoga .
    I was hoping u could help me with that :)
