University is about to begin again so that’s really perfect timing for this
    video 😀
Thank you so much Adriene, I love all of your yoga videos!
And btw I think it never hurts to share some good new music that helps me
relax and relieve some stress. My favourite song at the moment is called:
Benedict Ammann ft. Amilea – The Rules
I love the classical influence of the song with the violins, I hope you’ll
like it too! Love from Italy, Elena

Have you done Yoga Camp? Everyday has a different mantra and you get to
connect with all those different emotions and really grow mentally and
physically in those 30 days. I feel like I addressed a lot of my troubles
      and anxiety.

    Hi Adriene 🙂
I’ve been following your yoga videos for a couple of years now and they’ve
helped me get through so much. Last night while I was doing your bedtime
yoga routine an idea popped into my head of a video for yoga for
scoliosis/back problems…would you consider making a video catered to
this? Thank you for doing what you do and helping so many people everyday
    🙂 <3

Does anyone know if Adriene has shared a yoga practice for “text neck”?

Catherine Sebring there’s one for neck. Having a neck injury, I have
practiced it several times. It’s helpful.

Hello Adriene, I have a question. Do I need to exhale from my nose unless
you say to exhale from the mouth? I’m a little confused about it so I hope
    you’ll answer. :)
