    hello I’m super new at yoga and so far I’ve tried your beginner videos. I
    know I need more practice but so far, I really like them. I don’t know if I
    should just repeat your beginner videos but I would like to take care of
    the tendinitis in my right arm. But I have a lot of back pain too. Any
    recommendations of which of your videos I should try? Thanks for your
    videos!

    hey Adriene! big fan here 🙂 would love for you to make a video which
    concentrates on opening heart, listening and trusting to our hearts . I
    believe following your own heart is very important, but it seem to take
    some extra effort after it was avoided for a while (break ups, moving to a
    new city, etc. – anything that we naturally do to protect our hearts).
