    @Adriene I love your videos! Thank you for your energy and joy. I recommend
    you to everyone I know who complains about not getting to studio. I have a
    yoga challenge for you: Gymnastics injuries (bone on bone, arthritis, and
    TKR) prevent a full range of motion in my knees (just over 90 degrees
    comfortably) so it is painful to kneel (a nearby pillow helps) or sit
    cross-legged. Otherwise I am super-flexible. Can you design a routine that
    avoids these movements but still addresses leg strength? Thanks in advance!

    I highly recommend weight loss green store tea. I’ve used it for a little
    less than a month now and have been very happy. It has diminished my
    cravings. I have started to eat smaller portions. I exercise as well but
    this tea has been a factor in my weight loss. I will be using this again.

    OMG! This is the hardest one yet! I haven’t mastered all the videos that I
    have added but this one was like… OMG this is yoga! But wait… do you
    really expect me to do that hand knees to elbow butt in air pose. I might
    have to start GoPro’ing my yoga… it’s going to get ugly! Thank you

    Newish to yoga, so I could only get to about 24 minutes in. Something about
    that downward facing dog with the right leg up gave me SUCH bad cramps in
    my left hip. I was tearing up! No clue what I was doing wrong. T_T

    While doing this, my body was cracking here and there! HAHAHAHA XD I did
    not check the time and after I completed it, I went down to check out the
    comments and saw the description: “40 Mins Yoga…” and then I realised I
    did this for 40 minutes. But honestly, it didn’t feel that long 🙂 Hahas!
    Thanks for the video, this was my first solo yoga session. HAHA! Couldn’t
    hold certain poses and couldn’t do the lifting your legs one but I tried XD
