    Thank you for the video, it was hard but fun. I like that I didn’t feel bad
    that I couldn’t do all the poses–you bring a great attitude and make it
    okay to work my way into it. And I love the Simba analogy. Totally got it.
    I was all “BEHOLD MY (INVISIBLE) BABY KITTEN” to my cats who who were
    watching and probably judging. Thanks! 🙂

    Howdy Adriene, I’m a fellow Yoga instrutor who stumbled upon your channel.
    Loving the videos! You have a great style and wonderfully engaging
    attitude! Calorie count is based upon your height, weight, gender,BMI,heart
    rate.It’s all very scientific! (insert mastermind evil laugh here) For a
    rough estimate try using the MET System calculation. Your weight in
    Kilograms( your weight lbs/2.2) x 3.0 MET(Metabolic equiv. Task value for
    yoga) Multiply the product by .67 (40 min.)= Calories burned

    Yo yo… Amazing film. My pal was formerly an obese gent. He went from 285
    lbs of pure fat into 206lbs of real muscle. Everyone was flabbergasted. I
    just signed up personally coz I plan to strengthen my physique. He used the
