i had a rugby scuffle few months ago and since then the muscles on the back
of my thigh is killing me. i am a medic myself and tried everything but to
no avail. i would be very grateful if you could recommend a good exercise

1 of 2 ~ Do you have a yoga block? I normally don’t “push” yoga props on
people but for this I will recommend getting one so you can try this. Lie
flat on your back- be sure to tuck chin into chest slightly to lengthen
back of neck and tuck pelvis to lengthen tail and lower back- its all
connected 🙂 Then ground down through the leg not in pain- lengthen it out
long. Lift the thigh in question up foot up towards the sky- bring block
gently to back of thigh. Breathe. Don’t* pull block into thigh

2 of 2 ~ but rather gently engage and press thigh into block. Find a
balance here based on sensation. Its hard for me to give advice when I am
not with you but so find balance based on sensation. Press and gently pull
and do not underestimate the power of the breath here- I am serious! I will
keep thinking on this too. I am sure you are on the Arnica kick, yes? If
not- go get some Arnica gel for that baby STAT. Hope this helps. If you do
not have a block a book might suit well.

I have a very sensitive wrist from an old injury, which acts up when I do
too much with it. I just did this routine and it felt so good! I was
wondering if you have some tips for sensitive knees as well? Thank you,
I’ve been loving your videos! X

Omg!!! Thank you for this!! I love yoga but I always have pain in my
wrists. Especially after a lot of planks and dogs! I’m going to do this
sequence every day and see if it helps!
