      It would take less time to list the things it does NOT help with! It helps
      so much with all of the things everyone else has mentioned, but it also
      helps with mindfulness, body awareness, focus…Adding yoga to my daily
      routine was absolutely one of the best choices I have ever made!!

    Does anyone have any advice for me? I can’t reach the ground with my
    fingers when in a lunge, and so my balance is way off.

      Don’t worry about getting into the perfect shape. Keep your back knee
      lowered, lift up and place your hands on your front thigh instead. Keep
      your shoulders down and back. In time, you will practice to create enough
      space in the upper body to reach your fingers down. Alternatively lift the
      ground up to you – use a book on either side and touch that instead.
