    Hi Adriene! I’m new to your channel and I am a CFS/ME sufferer. I’m
    wondering whether you have any rountines that might be good for me? I can’t
    do any regular exercise and I get tired very easily. I do have a bit of
    muscle and joint pain due to inactivity…do you have any tips? ☺️✌️️

      If it were so simple as just raw vegan. I’ve had to dig deep – get the
      mucoid plaque and all the other toxins out and regenerate all organs and

      Ronniechops Hi there, I’m really sorry about your ME, I know how difficult
      that can make things. Have you asked your doctor about any graded exercise
      therapy? I think just some slow rotational movements (like neck, wrist,
      ankle circles) each day for a few minutes to warm up your joints might be a
      good start, then gradually build it up. Adriene’s gentle morning sequence
      is then really good for when you’re feeling particularly stiff and tired!

      +Rebecca Rose Graded exercise therapy is not really very good for ME so my
      doctor has advised against it. I will try just some simple movements and
      rotation/stretching though. thanks 🙂

      My daily stress was solely due to examine stress and the General worries of
      the world. When I start thinking what’s the meaning of life then I start to
      get scared and stress out because that’s when I get really depressed and
      can’t do anything

    Anna and I did yoga with you this morning as usual. Well, she did cat/cow
    and then dressed as Elsa and tried to do the rest while also chatting the
    whole time. Whatever it takes to get the practice in! haha 1.8!!! You are
    almost to 2 million!!
