    Is the yoga camp safe to do during pregnancy with modifications? Im really
    wanting to kickstart my practice for the year!

      +TheNewGirl007 Yoga is great for pregnancy, but you do need to check with
      your OB fist. Adrienne showers a few modified moves but you really do need
      to listen to your body to tell if your doing to much. Hope you are able to
      join us!

    I’m in the middle of 30 Days of Yoga (today is day 13), and it is
    brilliant, but i want to do Yoga Camp too! So, should i “pause” 30 Days of
    Yoga on Jan 1. and start the Camp, and then when it is over continue 30
    Days of Yoga from where i was… or finish 30 DoY first then start Camp on
    Jan 13. with the first day? There Isn’t a realy big difference, just asking
    for oppinons, because of the awesome community :)

      +Héja Zsolt I would say finish the one you’re on first 🙂 Since they’re
      planned as two separate series I’d assume all episodes are designed to be
      compatible with the others in the series. Some of the later videos of 30DoY
      tie in together/build on each other, although of course Adriene offers
      alternative poses and sequences throughout the videos. If it feels best for
      you to stop and do yoga camp in the middle then do so! You could also mix
      it up, do 30DoY every other day, and yoga camp on the days between. Or,
      look at the titles for the 30DoY that you’re on, and the recent episodes of
      yoga camp, and see which looks best for the day you’re having…although
      then you might end up getting “behind” on one or simply mixed up!

      But personally I’d choose to complete one series before starting the next,
      just to keep things consistent, especially since this one sounds like it
      will be a combination of different things. Then again, I don’t know what
      yoga camp will be like, so I’m sure Adriene can offer much better advice. I
      hope you ultimately work out what’s best for you!

      +sc07 I would assume you can just watch the videos. Signing up looks like
      it’s just for the calendar and email alerts. So if you don’t want those
      things, don’t sign up.

    Got a yoga mat for Christmas and just started doing yoga 😃 lovin it, it’s
    a great workout and it makes you feel good afterwards 💪 can’t wait to
    start doing yoga everyday starting from the 1st January xx that’s my
    birthday 😆😂
