      Agreed. I’d love it if Adrianne did daily videos more often. I do so much
      better moving to some kind of auditory direction, and this is definitely my
      Favorite yoga channel.

    I start class up again tomorrow so my morning yoga time might turn into
    evening yoga time. Regardless, I am bold enough to complete this camp!

      +Maggie Fulmer you can do it! I’ve been doing it super late like 9pm or
      10pm even some nights, because of my schedule. It actually has been really
      rad, so far. I’m usually not very productive in the evening and so being
      able to is like…”mind blown” lol. It is a great way to end the day!

    Those warrior poses were killer for me! But I definitely feel bolder for
    doing them and ridding myself of the negative thoughts I tend to have
    towards them as I focused on my body and breath.

    Love this yoga camp. You are so lovely 🙂
    Maybe you could leave a little extra time at the end of the video with just
    music, so you don’t have to be in savasana and listen to the next video
    automatically start. Idk if it’s just me. Thank you for the videos.

      that I can peacefully lie in savasana for a few minutes. The button is at
      the top right of the page.

    As a non native english speaker i first confused bold with bald. after some
    minutes of thinking about bald monks and free heads i decided to look it
    up…

    I live in Marrakech and it’s super hot here in summer so doing this video
    with 40-something degrees definitely made me break a sweat but it was
    awesomeee

    thanks Adriane for opening my mind about yoga. when I first participated in
    yoga, my first initial thought was to relieve my stress to get my period
    back. (just finally got back as well!!!!) But there is so much about yoga
    that is so refreshing for my body and my brain and I LOVE IT!
