I love refreshing the page after I’ve finished a practice to see the views
jump.. kind of like knowing how many others did the practice along with me
🙂 So sad it’s almost over!!

    • twistedscreamer January 26, 2016 at 9:55 am

+sstangelo Oh wow, never thought to see the changes in number of views….
just did it and this video had 288 more views! Thats so crazy!

    • Megan Elizabeth January 26, 2016 at 10:54 am

+sstangelo Love that idea! I just finished my practice, refreshed, and
almost 100 of us were all practicing together! 🙂

    • Michelle Bot January 26, 2016 at 5:55 pm

+sstangelo Thank you for sharing your idea, I love it!

    • Lucy Parsons January 28, 2016 at 1:58 am

  • Garbo Abbott January 26, 2016 at 9:14 am

Yoga campers I have a question – in what video does Adriene teach
chatarunga (as a pose), upward facing dog and the transition between the
two? Or does she need to make a foundation video for these poses and
transition? Are they explained in another video on her playlist? Thanks!

    • Garbo Abbott January 31, 2016 at 8:21 pm

Ann C. And screaming Ants – the video on the playlist is chaturanga
practice and does not teach chaturanga dandasana, upward facing dog or the
transition between the two. Thanks for replying I’ll keep looking but I
don’t think she has one….hopefully she will make one…

    • Ann C. February 2, 2016 at 3:15 pm

+Garbo Abbott Okay I didn’t know that… But I would also love a video on
that! My lowerback always hurts in the transition, so I would like to break
off the pose in little pieces and see what goes wrong!

    • Deb Ascher February 26, 2016 at 11:21 am

…..I agree….Adriene must do a foundation vid on chaturanga…to upward
facing dog….transition to down dog…..seems like I’m always rushed.
      Thanks Adriene💗💗❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇨🇦🇨🇦

    • Sunethra K March 25, 2016 at 9:31 pm

+Garbo Abbott Ya I agree, I find myself not comfortable breathing wise or
liking it when I reach downward dog, but I have been really trying to. I
always dislike when we have to go to maybe learning to transition
and breath control could help. She is a fantastic teacher though for sure!

    • M SI April 13, 2016 at 4:09 pm

+Garbo Abbott check this out It is not from
      Adriene, though.

  • amelieschulz January 26, 2016 at 11:24 am

Tough one. I started this 3 days, quitting after 5 minutes. Finally, done!
It was the most difficult one thus far, the lunges and balancing on one
wrist wasn’t really happening for me, which I found quite discouraging,
could not say I am strong. But I compensate with saying this affirmation
    with some other activities today!

    • TahiriYim September 18, 2016 at 3:19 pm

Thank you, this was so encouraging! I just tried for my second time and
can’t seem to get past the 10 minute mark.

    • Vira Sachenko September 19, 2016 at 3:04 am

Some days are slower than others! I still sometimes come back to this
sequence without remembering how difficult it was and fail again, haha :D.
Among other things, it taught me that some poses that say “power” to
Adriene, don’t have the same effect on me. But I like this sequence as a
      test strip of sorts.

btw – lunges get better! it’s been half a year since I’m doing yoga
occasionally and now showing some progress with the lunges. A bad knee
      doesn’t help.

    • Nicole Yim September 21, 2016 at 6:14 pm

I did it! Thanks for the encouragement! This time, whenever I felt like
quitting, I just took a quick child’s pose instead of giving up and then
hopped back in. When she said it was time to cool down and I realized the
worst was over, I felt sooo beast.

  • Sarah Siren May 14, 2016 at 1:28 am

I had to force myself to do yoga today and I’m glad I did, this got my
blood flowing. I’ve been mentally struggling but you always help me 😞

  • ellithepenguin July 10, 2016 at 10:12 am

This is my favourite practice so far! I was FINALLY able to do the crow
pose – YAY! Thank you! :D

  • Victoria Lamas August 10, 2016 at 7:29 am

    I am strong! 💪🏼❤️

  • Caitlin Grant August 14, 2016 at 6:28 pm

    Thanks Adriene!

  • Laura Reid September 3, 2016 at 1:37 pm

I have loved all the days so far but this is really what I needed today!
Lots more heat and getting energy out! Thanks!

  • spunkybubbles September 6, 2016 at 10:12 am

I used the mantra a lot this session! I feel great after that. I did 30
days of yoga before I started 30 days of yoga camp and I can tell a huge
difference from where I was and where I am now! Thank you Adriene for
helping me get stronger and be healthier.

  • keezia jensen September 10, 2016 at 6:06 pm

finally did my first crow today!! I did 30 days of yoga and now doing yoga
camp, and that was the one pose I thought I’d never get. such a great
    feeling (:

  • Wilma Lategan September 12, 2016 at 3:10 pm

This was so intense but still amazing and so empowering. Thank you so much
for the support through out the whole video, there were definitely a lot of
times when the going got tough but i kept going because I now see that I am
strong. This journey has been wonderful and it keeps on getting better with
    each video. Yes!!!!!!

  • Michelle Kocses September 17, 2016 at 4:09 pm

Today I held a “sort of” crow pose for a few breaths. Before I could barely
get one foot off the mat. I have a long way to go with crow pose but it
felt so good to realize how much stronger I’ve become. Thank you so much

  • Savannah Munoz October 2, 2016 at 8:06 pm
