Yoga Camp – Day 15. We are half method there! This yoga exercise technique works both body and mind welcoming you to attach and produce area. Commemorate fulfilling the midway mark by opening on your own up to something brand-new. This method enhances and also extends. Open your heart, open your mind, open on your own to all possibilities. Strong attention to the breath in this sequence and a strong go back to self expedition. Stay with it! You are doing something difficult and amazing for yourself. Celebrate the half way point as well as dive in!

    I did it! I DID IT! 11 months of yoga (with Adrienne, actually, started out
    with 30 days of yoga and have been repeating it until this month) and I
    finally nailed half moon! It was a weak and wobbly performance but
    definitely half moon on both sides, with no pain, no tears, no frustration.
    I’m so happy and proud right now :D

      +feikki So cool, I did the 30 days of yoga 11 times last year as well, I
      thought I was the only weirdo to do that 😉 Now I feel even more connected,
      so thank you!

      +Leona Vandiger Yay! I thought I was the only one too. 😀 I just love it,
      and for me as a non-native English speaker and a yoga newbie it’s easier to
      focus on the poses when I don’t have to pay too much attention to
      instructions. Though I do think Adrienne gives good and clear instructions
      in general, knowing the flows beforehand makes things more fluent. Fluent
      flows. He heh.

    I want to thank you for putting on such a stand up Yoga camp!! Day 15 and
    I’m feeling so much better about everything in my life! So grateful for you
    Adiene. I love your playfulness and how you really explain things so even
    this newbie to yoga can understand. I find myself wanting more and most
    days do three yoga sessions! I’m even meditating better, not getting
    squirreled quite as often. I love always coming back to my breath and in
    the present moment! I’m hoping this will help me with my ultra running
    journey as well, being more balanced! Who knew! Thanks again!!

    Boy, I felt the heat today! Whew! I surprised myself with being in a
    variation of half moon for all of three seconds on both sides. I had doubts
    about even making it through this practice, but I did and I feel really
    accomplished. :)

    After 52 days of Yoga with Adriene today was the first day my heel actually
    touched the floor in one legged dog – super proud, never thought it was
    possible!!! Thank you for being such an awesome teacher <3 <3

    At the end of September, I celebrated & embraced my first full year of
    yoga, repeating your 30 Days, Weight Loss, and now Yoga Camp. Thank you for
    being such an inspiration and teaching us how to trust and be forgiving
    with ourselves.

    I am curious why you pointed out the right hip twice in seated pose? I
    thought it was just me (which frustrated me in the past), but as I heard
    you mention it, I thought that maybe right hip tightness is just
    anatomically normal. Perhaps?

    It just so happens that I am doing this session on 11 11 2016. Opening up
    to New Beginnings and Vibrational Energy, and Opening my Heart up to Love
    and Unconditional Love. Thank You Adriene, for the awesome connection and
