just wanted to say that Adriene, you rock! i have done a lot of yoga online
and classes, but i have NEVER found someone who is so holistic in approach.
you explain very well, you give different instructions for different
levels, you are helping me so much with these affirmations (boot camp) and
although my body is tired after each session, I want to do more. I look
forward to my yoga time with you every time. i am stronger in mind and body
and its only day 11 of bootcamp. thank you thank you. Namaste.

I used my textbook for Behavioral Research Methods. This use was more fun
than the traditional use (i.e., reading it). LOL

I’m not one for changing up my props much, but today I decided to give it a
go, and I must say, a bag of marshmallows made Russian Twists a whole lot
    more fun.
