      Hello to all the girls who have the problem with obesity. I am 21 years
      old, and since I was little girl, I’ve had constant troubles with obesity.
      I tried virtyally everything but it was no use. I also tried starvation

      You shouldn’t even be working out during pregnancy. Eat healthy foods for
      now, and when the baby comes out, you can start. You will have to lose the
      baby fat anyways.

      That’s not true at all! A smart exercise plan is good for Mom & Baby (yes,
      even in the womb). The important thing to realize is that there is NO one
      size fits all pregnancy workout plan; each person will have to talk to
      their own doctor and use their own health situation & fitness level to
      build a smart workout plan that can be scaled in difficulty, duration,
      exercise positions, and intensity, as the pregnancy progresses. Smart,
      appropriate exercise (which again, is different for each person) can
      actually make delivery easier.

      And dont forget to drink plenty of water .. and cut down your sugar .. and
      replace your sugar and eat honey for sugar and drink 2 times a organic
      green tea , eat frutits … like banana and apple at 2-3 pm thank u 🙂 u
      will loose your belly fat .. trust me
