I’ve been practicing with YWA for awhile now and I wanted to let you know
how much it has changed my life. My pain and anxiety levels have decreased
more than I ever imaged. I’m able to manage stress much better now. Like
many I was feeling a bit down today but this helped,. Your Twiitter
comments were also helpful for remembering to be positive and mindful.
Thanks for the energy and positive attitude!

Hey Adriene, please could you do a video especially for knee pain. My knees
keep cracking recently and I feel like it would be great to do a practice
    especially for this. 💚

Hey Adriene, did you find teaching on YT much different than teaching face
to face? I just started my channel and am trashing away one video after the
other, I feel so confident in class, although I am a newish teacher, but
then in front of the camera I freeze lol
Any tips on online teaching? :)

Much more of a shoulder stretch than I think I’ve experienced in class
before, this was a good one for the slowed down foundations series

Hi Adriene, would it be possible for you to do a 30 day yoga challenge of
sorts that’s for a more intermediate to advanced level? thanks ☺

Thank you for this great video. It really helps to understand how to get
into the posture. And it really helps for my yoga teacher training! Thanks
again for all the job you do here!

    Hi Adriene,
First of all: Thank you for the useful videos and your sunny presence!
You’re probably the best youtube has to offer 🙂
And now to my request: Could you make a few stretch videos for after a
weight lifting session? Some intense stretches to do right after a leg,
back, core, shoulder, etc. workout? Focusing on stretching while the
muscles are still warm, rather than strength and endurance. I’m sure I’m
not the only one who’d appreciate it 🙂
    Thank you!

Thank you, Adriene, as always!! I know it’s impossible for this week with
the supermoon, but please do someday a moon salutation sequence! Maybe just
one day that coincides with a full moon! I’m feeling my energy is all
stirring and spinning fast today! I’ll do your shakti sequences! :)
