    Nice vid. Youtube is fantastic for this type of content.

    My best friend was previously bullied. He explained he was going to get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until in just a few weeks he gained 40 pounds of 100 % pure lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get bullied anymore. 🙂 I personally subscribed earlier this week. Plus this mans emails are fascinating!!!

    You absolutely do NOT want to have the clamps on the bar, if you're working out by yourself and you cant push the weight back up, you will have to tilt the bar to make the weight fall off. Therefore, this video is dangerous and condemned. I give it 9/10.

    Wow good job dude, but only 100kg ? I remember when I first started bench pressing I tried 150kg, but it after 2 hours it was already too easy I moved to 180 kg and even 200kg on the same day ! Now, one month later I'm doing 310kg, but I think I can push it even more.
