    My ( 1 ) question. I am 42 not run in 35 years not from when I was 7. I run now 3 times a week 5K on a treadmill my new record time is 27:43 , Thats pretty quick and taking its toll on me but I love it. went around 9 times now . Anyways I went through 4 x500ml water while in there and 1 as I walked out gym to my car. What the heck should I eat after these 3 times a week runs. I do the peanut butter on toast before going and the water is great . what after I leave, please help. Im 42 – 6foot 4 and weigh 218 Lbs want to burn fat have a homer simpson gutt kinda . but Im very lean. Anyone at all can comment. Cheers

    Guys, build muscle doesn't have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan.     when i first started jogging, i would get tired after 4minutes and would have to stop.but i pushed myself. my goal was to be able to jog five miles without stopping and within 3 months,i was able to reach that goal.after, i made it a goal to jog 40 miles in one week. this meant i would have to jog a minimum of 8 miles a day,5 days a week.with time,i was able to reach this goal.by the time i made it to my second goal,i had lost 20lbs. and i wasnt even dieting. hope this is helpful to some of you!

    I lost 70 pounds from walking and jogging on a treadmill for 1 hr everyday in just 6 or 7 months time and I was eating whatever I wanted but I cut way back on my portion sizes and I wouldn't eat anything after I finished my workout
