    I am on a diet mainly tuna and crackers and I’ve been eating fruit gummies
    with it and gronela bars as well and my brother says that I can’t over eat
    or my calorie intake so he said eat 1 once a day and I get hungry a lot so
    I don’t think eat 1 can of tuna with mustard and mayo on it with crackers
    is enough for a day but,I’ll drink lots of water

      dinner and I eat fruit gummies with them and gronela bars and it looks like
      I lost a couple pounds last week and I drank lots of water

      +Rachel Keith I think my brothers stupid too because he told me that if you
      eat one cereal bowl a day and just don’t eat anything for the rest of the
      day and drink 2 bottles of water you’ll lose weight. I’m like well I ate
      this morning some tuna with crackers,fruit gummies,and a gronela bar and
      one water bottle and later on I’ll drink more water and maybe eat a banana
      and that’s it but,my brother said starving yourself is good but,its not
      because kids in Africa and other places haven’t eaten in forever that’s how
      their soo skinny. Also I said that I can eat healthy stuff just not too
      much food everyday because having a healthy breakfast,lunch,and dinner
      won’t gain weight unless if you eat too much everyday or eat junk a lot. at
      school I’ve been drinking a bottle of water for lunch or just a banana or
      other healthy snacks but,I have just been eating one thing for lunch!!!!!I
      feel like I’ve lost a little weight because I look thinner and I got on the
      scale and last time I weighted 150 and I’m 12 and 5’4 and this Tim I get on
      it and weight 161 which our scale isn’t good and is running out of
      batteries so I know I’ve atleast lost some weight!!!!sorry its soo long!!!!

      theres an easier way. Have your mom buy breast chicken from the grocery
      store, those big bags they are like 10 to 20 pounds for cheap. then buy a
      lot of frozen broccoli. And eat every 3 hours if you can. 1 piece of
      chicken and a handful of broccoli. Thats it. lots of nutrition from
      broccoli and protein from chicken. Add whatever seasonings you want… salt
      pepper, hot sauce…w/e

      do 10 pushups and situps every time you enter and leave your room, or
      everytime you die in a video game. Do them all day long 10 at a time or
      until you get tired… in a month youll look amazing

    Ms. Lovely, how tall are you? The reason I ask is because I’m a 6 ft tall
    woman and I have lost 120 lbs in just over 1.5 years. I’m now dealing with
    trying to fit the extra skin into my new clothes and it’s terrible. Things
    don’t fit me right…like, ever, anymore. It makes me sad. I always thought
    that at my goal/healthy weight that I would look good in things I wear. I
    don’t, though. It’s this extra skin. :,(

      Sherry Who I’m sorry you’re hurting. I don’t know what else to say besides
      I’m praying for happier days for you. I would love to lose weight but I
      don’t have the will most of the time and I too was worried about the skin.
      It’s almost like one would rather be big than to deal with the extra skin,
      but, all the weight is unhealthy. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you
      lose the weight?

      Thank you for the prayers. 🙂 I lost the weight by eating a low carb diet.
      I only allow myself between 20 and 50 grams of carbohydrates each day. I
      was actually put on this diet by my doctor. I eat eggs, meat, cheese,
      vegetables, and lots of greens. I snack on pork rinds and I still love
      eating those! This list of the things I can eat includes more low carb
      foods but I just woke up from a nap so I can’t remember them all right now.
      It’s an amazingly easy way to eat. On salads, my doctor told me to eat
      regular dressings because the “light,” fat free and low calorie dressings
      have sugar in them to make them taste good. I can also have heavy cream,
      cream cheese, etc. I love this low carb diet and it’s the most doable diet
      I’ve ever tried.

      Is not cheating is just another option, if you have the money do it. You
      can search for Ketonic diet or intermittent fasting that would help you.
      Just make a good research before you try anything to loose weight.

      laceanna burns you should do exercises which engage your core (sit ups,
      planks, crunches, squatted push outs). It’s important to get your whole
      body working to speed up fat burning process so cardio will be needed. Try
      elliptical & treadmills for that purpose. Most importantly, watch your
      eating habits.
