I truly feel like we were friends since we practice together almost
everyday and I’m the one who’s grateful! If you ever come to Spain,
Adriene, please let me know. I’d love to show you around…

Hiya, any more news on coming to London? Last time I asked you responded
saying it’s on top of your list. Sorry, I’m just a bit overexcited.

Excellent! I hope to catch you when you’re over; hopefully the stars will
align. And that I can get my yoga up to scratch, somewhat.

I’m going to repeat this one tomorrow. I’m still new, it’s been 4 days, I’m
aiming to gain lean muscles and to lose weight. I can feel how heavy I am
and it sucks. I know if I stick to this that will change. I had a hard time
getting my knees to kiss my elbows but managed to tap them together at
least once so I know I can get there. Thanks for taking the time to make
these videos. You’re really making a difference ❤️🙌🏼

+EvidenceBased DC i am not going to remember how i get to conclusions, i
can only remember my conclusions, unless i specialize in finding
      conclusions in a given field.

My conclusion was drawn from a multitude of ted talks and internet research
      on it.

+Simon WoodburyForget and your conclusion involves mysterious “good” carbs
and “bad” carbs. then these undesirable carbs go straight to the liver to
become fat even though your body requires it and is unable to turn it back
into a carb? i’ve been around for a while, and I’ve heard a lot of
bullshit, but that is really out there. it makes no sense, and it is clear
you don’t even understand it. think about all the time you’ve wasted with
your “research”. i would think you would keep your opinions to yourself
unless you know how you formed them.

+EvidenceBased DC yes based on how the body digest the carbohydrates. Don’t
ask me, i first heard it on a CGP grey podcast (`hello world` i think).

Since when does science “make sense”? Just look at the arbitrary number PI
used in circle formulas. Science usually makes no sense, it usually “just
      works”.

I understand it, the only method they could of came to that conclusion is
based on statistical analyses of some type, in which case there is nothing
else to understand, then `better` or `worst`.

Nobody forms there personal opinions, like i said all ready.

I just got my first yoga mat yesterday and this is was my first practice
with it! I’ve just been using a blanket on my floor as a substitute which
worked fine but I’m happy to have something that grips a bit better 🙂 I
hope everyone has an amazing day today! Namaste 😊🙏

Thank you so much. I have been trying to get back into yoga since I tried
it on a Mark Warner retreat. I have been feeling so down and felt like
going back to sleep but thought I would try YouTube for some uplifting
music – but your video came up instead and I feel so much more energised,
happier and ready to take on the day. Keep up the great work.

I love all of her routines, yet I find it’s annoying that she talks a lot
and going fast it doesn’t seem like yoga.

These fast forward folds and then to standing makes me feel really dizzy,
is it just me or is this normal? I’ll personally be slowing this video down
a bit when I do it.
