I overcame depression by focusing on the small joys in life.

Actually, that’s great advice. Your beliefs can change your life for the better, or the worse. Maybe check out Dr Bruce Lipton and what he says about it.

The things you listed in your reply are all good advice……………….telling people to “focus on the small joys in life” most certainly is not. Not much else to say beyond that. I stand by my original response.

Maybe what mikedoresseo means is that too many American’s only focus on the small things in life now and themselves, friends and family, smoking a joint, etc. to combat the pandemic depression most American’s now feel when they look at the abuse and oppression they must endure under the rule of corporate mafias and the pirates who hi-jacked the original American government?

2haveFREEDOMpriceless, I enlisted into the marine corps in 1976. While at parris island i was diagnosed with DID. I was evaluated and found to be rational when dissociating and so they kept me. The military prizes dissociates because we act on primal instincts and fear is next to non existent. I was assigned to a sub unit which was segregated most of the time from other marines. There were a few sub units like this when I was in. In this sub unit I was assigned to there were two of us dissociates. The other dissociate was also a sociopath, a lukewarm. The remainders in the unit were just sociopaths. In total there were seven of us excluding our officers. We were classified and today we are considered as debriefed. Our files are sealed away and forgotten. My DD-214 is fudged. While I was in I met many other assholes. It was very stressful. But I was use to it because all my life back then I was forced to walk the jungle. The roman catholic church fucked me over and so did program paper clip and the story there basically is my father’s side was german and they fought against Hitler and innocence (families and mainly the children) suffered retaliation. In 1983 I snapped and PTSD kicked in. In 1993 I was medically discharged. Believe me I know what is happening in this world and my only escape and survival at the end was thinking about the small things in life worth living for. I don’t shut out the horrors that are happening. I just refuse to dwell on them. But in the back of my head I have dreams and one of my dreams is blowing up this planet.

You don’t need to suffer with flushing, just buy non-flush niacin. Niacin has been known to treat bi-polar and schizophrenia successfully, 1000mg a day of non-flush niacin with 1000mg of Vitamin C and a fish oil vit. daily. I’ve seen patients in the psy. unit for over 100 days suffering from psychosis to be discharged after only 11 days on niacin.

I watched a patient who was hospitalized for over 100 days who then was given niacin 1000mg q day with 1000mg of Vit. C and fish oil. They were discharged in 11 days. They have been depression free with no signs of mental illness for three years. Get the flush free type. There is even a time released type but that is over $500.00 a month, another pharma rip off.

You must tell your doctor if you go on niacin permanently. He should have your blood checked every 4-6 months. After that it may be every year. Some people have difficulty digesting it in their liver, but this is unusual.

I use magnesium brain food by Ted Broer healthmasters. I don’t use it for depression but to remove aluminum in the brain. One very tiny scoop and doesn’t taste bad but like grape.

veronica… Healthmasters Dr. Ted Broer. I use it for aluminum that goes to the brain which causes dementia etc. and want it out. Memory is better but can’t see how it wouldnt help with depression? I’m not depressed or suffer from it. What better way than go straight to the brain if depressed? It leaches aluminum out.

…..i haven’t drank in over four years but i’ve still got that ugly cloud of ennui, blahness, low motivation, etc. and i’ve ruined my teeth from crunching on not so jolly ranchers…..anxiety often goes with depression…..i’ve tried a number of anti-depressants and the only one that did any good (maybe it was in combination with teetotaling) was cymbalta….btw, lithium was the worst for me, but it may help others…..I’ll give this a shot and hopefully in a few weeks or months i’ll be back into life….

Mark…………thank you for sharing your experience……………but there is no “good” SSRI. My depression might not have been as severe as yours, but walking and magnesium lotion applied daily have really helped me a lot. Don’t underestimate walking either. Best of luck to you in your journey Mark.

There are many supplements that can help you, as well as Magnesium. The founder of AA Bill Wilson was friends with Abram Hoffer, and Hoffer recommended he try Niacin (B3). This helped cure Wilson’s depression.

I would also try Glutamine, which is great for Anxiety among many other things, including healing your gut which Alcohol destroys.

I took SSRIs and recognised that they didn’t cause an “anti-depressive” effect. What they did do was cause:
    · Depersonalisation
    · Derealisation
    · Memory problems (both short-term and long-term)
    · Inability to control my actions cognitively

The reason for this is because anti-depressants are only called that by name because they “passed the test” of clinical studies which were biased to finding whether they were/weren’t “anti-depressants”. Much in the same way they were trialled as anti-anxiety, anti-OCD, anti-bulimia, etc.

I could inject a group of people with a small amount of ANY toxin and the placebo effect will insue. If I perform enough clinical studies, I will find that, due to the noise within the statistics of each study, some of them may show statistical significance in favour of my needs – selling my toxin. I may then cherry pick the studies I wish to publish, then this will allow me to sell my toxin as targeting specific diseases. This is exactly what clinical studies do. There is no scientific basis for the use of SSRI drugs as anti-anything. They simply cause the effects listed above, which are what I have observed critically when I was taking the drugs.

The lotion Danielle. The lotion. Look it up. Nothing comes close to being more effective at absorption and getting it into your bloodstream. Think of magnesium in foods as the cherry on top. They sell it at Natural Grocers if you live west of the Mississippi River. If you don’t, might have to order it online but check your health food stores, etc.

If you buy Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate), Magnesium Chloride is better. You can combine equal parts very hot water (preferably distilled for purity) with mag chloride, the result is magnesium oil. When it cools, put it in a spray bottle, & there you go – quite inexpensive.

Even just soaking in it in the tub is great – put in large amounts (a pound is recommended). The body absorbs more than a liter of water in a bath.

Here is a great reference to help choose the best form of supplements –

When are you going to name the Zionist Jew? They’re behind everything wrong with society you mention on your podcasts. Usury, The Federal Reserve, unconstitutional income tax, Big Pharma, gun-control, 9/11, THE USS LIBERTY MASSACRE, vaccines, Pesticides… they own and founded Monsanto and Bayer, they arm terrorist… why do you think Israel’s never been attacked by Al-Qaeda or ISIS which is the acronym for Israeli Secret Intelligence Service, they run an Apartheid State in Israel, they’re the most racist race on the planet… you have to genetically tested to gain citizenship, and the list goes on and on. Don’t be afraid of their ad-hominem label of being called an AntiSemite, you should become Anti-Septic and do your part in helping eliminate the spread of bullshit like a disease. You’re doing it already but nothing will come of it until more people know who. Love your work.
