i don’t like those kind of videos because i don’t feel the “relaxation”
even after. And i’m not really a beginner. I prefer boho beautiful but
yours are not bad too ! it’s just a personal advice

    • SF2LAgrl May 23, 2016 at 1:28 am

+Melody Headburn This is not really traditional yoga for relaxation. It’s
more like a slower workout for fitness.

Great video, I do it when I know I won’t be able to make it to the gym.
Perfect when your neighbours can’t stand the little bit of stomping than
happen with other forms of workout.

Why don’t i feel it burning?! Is it because I’m doing it wrong?

    • hoosieraussis1 June 14, 2016 at 6:38 pm

You really should be burning, unless you are already very strong. The main
area that lots of people don’t realize they’re oversimplifying is their
vinyasa. When you move from high to low plank (chaturanga), your body
should hover and never make contact with the floor (except your hands and
feet). This low-plank pose should really be difficult unless you are very
strong. It is often called “push-up” pose because you are the low position
of a push-up. Another common mistake is upward dog. Lots of people
accidentally do cobra pose when they think they’re doing upward dog. When
you do cobra, your body is resting on the floor. When you do up-dog, your
whole body is off the floor, except your hands and feet. Think of up-dog as
a high plank, but with the top of your feet touching the floor, instead of
being on your toes as you do in a plank.

So essentially, the movement between low plank and upward dog is a push-up.
Push ups should bring heat to your body. Google some pictures or videos on
how to do a chaturanga and vinyasa. A picture’s worth a thousand words.

I feel so cynical towards the co-opting of yoga into a JM “meltdown”
workout, with her barking at you about getting into this “practice” (said
with a sneer & exaggerated air quotes), “which is just exercise”. Like
she’s looked into yoga and distilled its entire worth into “just another
form of exercise so get off the couch you slob”. 21 seconds in and that’s
enough of her take on yoga for me.

A good fast weight loss diet can keep your health and even make the body
burn a lot of fat quickly. My friend Nicole Price and I are doing a weight
loss diet. I already lost weight 22 pounds and lost my belly. My good
friend Nicole lost weight 20 pounds. I found the diet of this site here

I so enjoyed this workout. Thank you 😊

  • Nduku Musyoki November 8, 2016 at 2:42 pm

Just great. Been practising for 5 months now twice a week. I used to die in
10 min with litres of sweat and literally, limping and crawling while
heaving for breath, through the final moves. Seriously! Slowly continued
building my strength and endurance through incorporating Jillian’s cardio
(30 day) & metabolism workouts in between. I am just amazed how I feel.
Lost 10 kgs. But most importantly saw my body change, muscles I didnt know
existed started growing on legs back arms! I breath and sweat normal. Now I
just need to make extra effort on my tummy where I see beginnings of some
muscles but still some extra to get rid of. Hats off to Jillian. Can’t
thank her enough. Clear instructions on exercises and motivation.
