      excercise. Eat healthy and drink a lot of water, you’ll see changes in a
      short time!

      Lady_Mistake i agree especially for ppl who put weight on easily depends on
      genetics too. my weight doesnt fluctuate but my friends does. i know if i
      lose the weight only way it willreturn is if i havr any more kids or get an
      illness that causes weight gain. junk food andbig portions not an issue for
      me.

      but yes you are right doing a caloriedeficit diet and sticking with healthy
      foods complex carbs is the way to go long term

      Jilian Lutsky girl if you go school just do sports after school clubs stay
      off the junk youll be fit as a fiddle. more important youll be having fun
      losing weight and socialising with friends,without even seeinv it as a
      chore. secondary school sports best days of my life miss it.

    It’s my last day for the level 1 30 day shred and I am feeling great. I
    took some pictures of my body and I almost feel like crying like why did I
    allow myself to get this overweight 😢. Then I notice the views 35 millions
    for level 1 and level 2 it’s only 8 millions views only a few make it. I am
    hoping with this realization I can put all my problems aside and just focus
    on building my self confidence back.

      +Shivam Tiwari this one is for total body I think you should go with the
      six pack as ur not overweight just need to tone up that area and the six
      week six pack I think is ideal I never did it but will in fiture

    Day 1 today:
    As a 35 mother of 4 kids that has abit of a sagging belly- this was a hard
    exercise! I thought I was going to faint! I had my 15 year old daughter
    helping me and she was sooooo encouraging.
    I weigh 11st at the moment and I hope to lose weight and get rid of this
    flabby belly. I was melting into my exercise mat and I’m glad my daughter
    was do handy to peel me off 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    What is the schedule for this workout? How many times do we do this and
    when is it time to move towards lvl 2?

      at least 5 times a week.
      levle 1 = 10 days
      levle 2 = 10 – days
      levle 3 = 10 – days
      all together you will do it for 30 days. drink lots of water before and
      after to hydrate your muscles. mine started to stiffen up in week 2.

      Don’t drink a lot of water before just a little bit or your stomach will
      start cramping, but you can drink along the way just not too much.

    I’m not sweating. I finished it and I’m pretty sure I did them right, but
    who knows? Maybe I was doing it wrong. I’ll get it right next time? (”It’
    meaning the form) But I felt the burn so idk

      Maybe the exercises aren’t hard enough for you! Try level 2 maybe that’s
      more of a challenge or add heavier weights to those exercises! Idk I’m
      sweating buckets over here lol but yeah, even if you don’t sweat it’s still
      a great workout 😉

    question: I’m heavily UNDERweight, but I have no eating disorders or such,
    I eat like everybody else. Is this program recommended for undeweight
    people or not?

      you’ll need to eat more when you do this exercise because when you eat you
      add fat to your body so if you don’t have enough fat to lose you’ll end up
      losing a lot of weight and becoming sick. if it’s just a metabolism issue
      (sorry for my lack of better wording) I think you’ll be fine as long as
      you eat more veggies the days you do work outs. hope this helps, i’m not a
      doctor or anything but I hope i can offerer some advice?

      I didn’t lose lbs I actually gained 4 lbs, because muscle is Havier than
      fat, but the before and after results show me it helped I looked so much
      more toned by day 10 already

      +Alia Wali 100 calories for 10 minutes is actually for quite intense
      exercise. Usually for 10 minutes I burn around 70, but it depends on your
      weight

    Thank god this is online. My PS2 (all the normal DVD players in my room are
    literally broken and my PC refuses to play them) just raped my DVD so thank
    goodness for this. Now my ability to have a Day 2 is a go.
