if you are significantly overweight you lose a lot of weight easily. 4 lb in 4 days isn’t that hard if you weight around 3,400 lb

You are right on time, as I am just restarting my journey today & exercised this morning. Thank you for sharing your experience & sharing your feelings, so I don’t feel like I am alone & that I can do this. I’ll be watching & learning more from your other videos to stay motivated & on track. I am at that point that yes, I need to cook & make healthy versions of what I like…still trying to figure this all out. “Small choices add up.” Thank you for posting this today, Lexi! I needed it. I felt somewhat afraid to start, but am getting more determined every day.

Dana I became vegan on April 26, 2017. I have lost 26 pounds. I will start walking for 30 minutes each day and increase by 5 minutes until I am walking 2 hour a day. I feel so much better now. I have 110 pounds to go. What is your Facebook address? Thank you for your inspirational YouTube video.

I’m the weight you were at your highest,I’m in a lot of pain and the doctors have cut me off pain meds, even though you have already inspired me,please answer,if I lose weight will I have less pain? I think this weight issue many of us face involves a lot of denial.

Do you feel your support system aided in your success? i don’t have a support system. in fact, I’m extremely alone in life and I am a single mother. My lack of emotional support keeps me down. Any advice

CallieCat I’ve been in your shoes. Mine are now young adults, so it’s all about me now 😉.

However, I made the decision a few years ago, as I was really unhappy how I was, and wanted to be a healthy role model for my kids, (and especially my daughter who I could see was going down the wrong path (with regards diet).
I had to wait till they were teenagers so they could be left on their own so I could hit the gym early, and make the conscious decision that we were all eating properly. I took every opportunity to go for long walks with them, and be active.
However, I found the main thing is watching your diet.
You have to do it for yourself primarily; but the feeling of pride in yourself and from your kids is so worth it.
Your no 1 support system is you! And you can do it!!

I’m 309 pounds. I have not been heavy my whole life. I started gaining weight in my senior year of high school 2006. With all the fast foods and alcohol. I have been married now for 5 years and my husband never tells me anything. Although since I been with him I have gained over 100lb. Having two children (I just gave birth this week. 7/11/17) did not open my eyes to health risk since I don’t suffer of depression. No one but my self pays for my food. Never cared what people thought. What really affected me was that I fractured my leg and was not able to walk for 6months. It was hard to even use the restroom let alone putting my pants on. I’m about to start my Journey. It will be kool to do it with someone else like you did. Start Day is today. Right now.

I just decide to start a fitness journey for myself bc I want to be able to have kids in the future im on day 2 and I think I’m doing pretty good my only question is can you do a workout routine video. I struggle with knowing what to do in the gym I’ve been doing 5 minutes walking on the treadmill for a warm up and then 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 5 minute cool down but I have no idea what to do when it comes to weights
