Lol the whole time I thought I was doing the cat and cow pose wrong, I mean
like I thought I was supposed to arch my back farther in and out. I love
the camel pose by the way, it feels so good doing it

My lower back starts hurting even when I’m just standing on my knees or
when i’m just slightly leaning back into the pose. Am I stacking wrong?

Maybe you don’t lengthen your tailbone down or lift your heart up enough.

There’s no such thing as “stacking” the spine. The spine is a dynamic
system similar to a tensegrity structure. You might have an extension
intolerant back, disc damage, an unevenly braced lumbar area, a sore back
from last workout or an aching back because riding the bicycle yesterday
with a wet tshirt. Who knows!

Hi! If you mean dancing-dancing, try her “Legs Up The Wall” video . If you
mean partying 😉 maybe try “Yoga for Hangovers”, both from her playlist
“Yoga for Healing”. I’m telling you, Adriene is a life saver. Hope your
      body finds what it needs!

Thanks so much for doing Camel pose, it’s one I struggle with. One
question, I get very dizzy – anything I could obviously change to improve
    that?

wrong but this is definitely a tough one.

Your video is always amazing. I woke up this morning with body pain and
headache and I ran to your yoga channel as I always do whenever I need some
healing. Perfect one to stretch and energize my body parts. Now my body
pain is gone and less headache! Always awesome. Thanks Adriene!

I tried to do this today but since my grandad passed away in May heart
openers have been so hard for me to do. I found myself having to stop
because it felt physically and mentally overwhelming and I actually cried
all the way through meditation afterwards which has never happened! I
almost wanted to curl up into a ball and protect myself if that makes any
sense? I want to open up but it is almost too much and I do not know what
to do about it. I will keep working back towards this pose though because I
    used to enjoy it.
