      I don’t have a lot of weight to lose it was 5lbs i did have to lose so yes
      it will make you lose weight with clean eating i make a lot of green
      smoothies so that and these exercise videos really make a different in my
      life I’m just trying to keep my body firm and tone with these wonderful
      exercise that i always look forward to have a bless day

      muscles. I haven’t lost weight from it as I gained muscles and it made up
      for the lost. I could say i lost a bit of fat

    it takes me 3 weeks to lose the 5 pounds i did have to lose and as i said i
    make a lot of green smoothies and i do watch what i eat and i don’t have
    loose skin but at the sometime i want my skin to stay firm and i find that
    these exercise keep me firm so i do one every day

      back to its new shape
