      days and results are really fantastic. I am relaxed and i also lost some
      lbs 🙂 Of course diet is also important factor, i was using this and i can recommend it ot everyone

    Today I kinda didn’t remember why I started this challenge. It was hard and
    extremely long day, so I guess its okay to don’t know for a while, as long
    as I keep going I am sure, I will find my reason along the way.
    If you’re late like me, keep going, you can do it!

    This was shorter than the past few videos but I feel stronger today and
    calmer. My hamstrings are still very tight but I got my yoga belt out
    during the seated forward fold for a better hamstring stretch, really
    helped. My posture feels better today too, which is great because I spent
    the whole day standing in the kitchen cooking/baking. Really needed a good

      Robert, I couldn’t touch my toes either when I started doing Adriene’s
      beginner videos 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend her Yoga for Hamstrings
      video – I do it daily and can now always touch my toes afterwards.

    It has taken me 3 weeks to get to day 5, but I feel great after the
    practice. Your comment about back pain struck me because I have had back
    pain for most of my life (I have scoliosis), and even though it hasn’t
    cured it, it definitely helps. Your verbal cues are very helpful. Thanks!

    I did the chaturanga pose with one leg up in the air!! i remember starting
    with just my knees and struggling. Cant believe how much strength I’ve
    gained just by being consistent. THANK YOU ADRIENE!!

    Sometimes I feel like I’m not making progress because I struggle with the
    transition into updog, but then I notice that boat pose and forward fold
    are both a lot easier today. :)
