Join Adriene on Day 2 of The Thirty Day of Yoga journey! Stretch your body and soothe your soul. Eliminate stress and anxiety and ease into your One Month experience with an open mind, kindness and also inquisitiveness.
Use this particular day 2 technique to extend tight muscle mass and also soothe the nerve system – also an achey heart. This initial week we require time to link to the big image and a full body experience.     thankyou Adriene, I keep coming back for the classes and your personality,
    love that you can keep it relaxed and not so serious! Slow enough to feel

      Trying doing a dance workout video then your cat comes and plops in the
      middle of the floor the area that you need and accidentally step on them,
      but they don’t care they leave and come back and sit right in that spot
      again.

    Im defeated at 20 mins in… My knees hurt, my back hurts, my wrists hurt..
    I can’t face another downward facing dog :’) when she transitions into
    another pose she suddenly talks really fast and i have no idea what’s going
    on.. I really want to do this 30 day challenge but I’m worried im going to
    hurt myself by doing the poses wrong O.o

      You can try wrapping your wrists! Make sure your back is never rounded
      forward in forward folds, bend your legs so you can keep your back
      straight. But if something is hurting your knees definitely back off, or
      walk and avoid the jumps

    I’ve decided that I need to repeat Day 1 until I can actually keep up with
    you, and do it well. lol. When I am ready I will move on to Day 2.

      even tho I’m not as good as her I try. she offer repeats that do whatever
      feels good, and no matter what level you are in.

    Wow, only day 2 and I already feel like I’m more flexible in my legs. This
    is my first time ever trying yoga, and I’m loving it so far.

    When is the best time to do yoga? I usually do an exercise in the
    afternoon. Is it better to do yoga in the morning and then get things going
    on?

      I think there isn’t a best time to practice Yoga. Do it when it’s best for
      you. I’m not a morning person, so I prefer to do it at night. Helps me to
      relax and have a better sleep. 🙂

      Jussara I’m not a morning person too but I mostly work out in the afternoon
      and then shower. Oh it feels so good 😀

    Too much too soon. Too dramatic a change from Day 1 in pace. Yu have to
    remember there are a lot of beginners here who don’t know the poses. I know
    the poses and even for me it was too intense.

    i felt dizzy and totally lost control over my body at 13:51 as i bent over
    then stood up, and fell hard on my back, the hit was few centimeters away
    from my spine. any idea why this happened?!
