Damn crow pose… I fell twice toward the front and now I find myself
terrified. Im hoping to strengthen my arms and try again.

    • zette cay October 26, 2016 at 10:50 pm

Pamela Cordoba 😁 yeah it’s a challenging pose

Keep your focus forward! Also, check out the Foundations Of Crow pose
video! I link to it and the end of this practice. It is a great help! xoo
      And funny too 😉

    • Yoga With Adriene October 27, 2016 at 8:15 am

It sure is. I swear I enjoy the process more than actually doing the pose.
Its all about enjoying the ride!

    • Lal3l November 3, 2016 at 1:20 am

This has happened to me as well. I feel like the difficult part about crow
is the mixture of balance, strength, focus and trust in yourself it takes
to really make it happen! I feel weird everytime I do it – it’s still so
      wobbly I guess. Ha!

  • Liv Life October 26, 2016 at 10:38 pm

      I’m starting today….. Hello Adele

  • Karin Erninger October 27, 2016 at 3:06 pm

Thanks for another awesome video! I’m still trying to figure out how to
work on my forward fold, I have done yoga for a couple of months now but
still haven’t made progress on that one. I would love if you could do a
15-20 minute yoga with focus on stretching for that! <3

  • Preeti Baruah October 28, 2016 at 6:28 am

I would love to do Crow! Been trying but haven’t taken flight yet. Why do
    my triceps hurt though?

    • Ann C. October 30, 2016 at 3:45 pm

It’s because you put your knees there 🙂 I really wasn’t used to that
pressure there at first, but the more you practice, the better is goes!

    • Preeti Baruah October 30, 2016 at 3:49 pm

Thaaanks! 🙂 Yes, hopefully, soon! I am trying but so far I haven’t “flown”

  • lastingjoy October 28, 2016 at 11:24 am

I’ve been following your videos 4-6 days a week for 2 months now. Thank you
so much for putting this amazing resource online, available for everyone!
Thank you for being YOU, and making practice encouraging and fun. <3

  • Laura G October 28, 2016 at 12:58 pm

I’ve spent about a year dabbling with crow…still flightless…I’m now
determined to make this vid part of my regular practice and nail it! You
    are an inspiration Adriene 😊

  • Milica Zivic October 28, 2016 at 1:14 pm

Thank you so much for these videos! I’m running 400m and a friend who used
to practice long jump recommended me your chanel. I’m now finishing ’30
days of yoga’ playlist and it’s really helping me become more relaxed and
stretched. Keep up the good work! Greetings from Serbia. xo

  • Music Teacher Lifestyle October 30, 2016 at 10:51 am

    I just can’t nail the crow pose…I can see it’s about balance…but I’m
just too afraid I’ll fall flat on my nose if I lean too much…can’t do it.

    • Ann C. October 30, 2016 at 3:43 pm

It can help to put a pillow in front of you, so if you fall, it doesn’t
      hurt 😉

    • Nathan Platt October 31, 2016 at 9:08 pm

Pillows come in handy, I’ve saved my face many times trying this pose by
      using multiple pillows

  • Anni F October 30, 2016 at 11:45 am

Ever get that feeling that you just got a very real glimpse of possiblity?
Because that’s what just happened to me 🙂 Maybe it’s in the nature of
Bakasana that you feel both light and strong at the same time, but I’m
honestly a little mesmerized…and hooked! Going to head straight on over
to Foundations of Crow again! Thanks for this!

  • Kate's Pet Corner October 30, 2016 at 4:06 pm

Not sure if it is possible but please can you do a yoga video for relieving
    jaw tension! xx

  • Deja Zupančič November 2, 2016 at 3:09 am

will do this practice for a week and see what happens 😁 namaste

  • Lal3l November 3, 2016 at 1:16 am

My new favorite video by you! I’ve been working on crow for some time and
found that I really can’t force to take off. Sometimes my feet will lift
off the floor and sometimes they won’t. Through moving from Germany to
Canada I got out of practice (basically no yoga for one month) so this is
great to get back into the swing!
    Thanks a lot and namaste!

  • Catarina November 3, 2016 at 8:31 am

You’re chanel is wonderful! you bring me so much peace, and your videos are
the best. i usually like music in videos, but yours are the exception. I’ve
seen yoga videos with really hype music and it was really not my taste. I
love it and love you! Keep doing this! <3

  • up November 6, 2016 at 8:54 am

Loved this!! This is the first time I was able to hold the crow pose for at
least a couple seconds, so thank you.
I would love it if you can do a video to show how to built up to do the
    eight-angle pose :)

  • Gratur Trè November 7, 2016 at 9:41 am

    You are the best Adriene!

  • cristholys1 November 9, 2016 at 9:21 pm
