It sure is. I swear I enjoy the process more than actually doing the pose.
Its all about enjoying the ride!

This has happened to me as well. I feel like the difficult part about crow
is the mixture of balance, strength, focus and trust in yourself it takes
to really make it happen! I feel weird everytime I do it – it’s still so
      wobbly I guess. Ha!

Thanks for another awesome video! I’m still trying to figure out how to
work on my forward fold, I have done yoga for a couple of months now but
still haven’t made progress on that one. I would love if you could do a
15-20 minute yoga with focus on stretching for that! <3

I would love to do Crow! Been trying but haven’t taken flight yet. Why do
    my triceps hurt though?

It’s because you put your knees there 🙂 I really wasn’t used to that
pressure there at first, but the more you practice, the better is goes!

I’ve spent about a year dabbling with crow…still flightless…I’m now
determined to make this vid part of my regular practice and nail it! You
    are an inspiration Adriene 😊

    I just can’t nail the crow pose…I can see it’s about balance…but I’m
just too afraid I’ll fall flat on my nose if I lean too much…can’t do it.
    :(

It can help to put a pillow in front of you, so if you fall, it doesn’t
      hurt 😉

Pillows come in handy, I’ve saved my face many times trying this pose by
      using multiple pillows

Ever get that feeling that you just got a very real glimpse of possiblity?
Because that’s what just happened to me 🙂 Maybe it’s in the nature of
Bakasana that you feel both light and strong at the same time, but I’m
honestly a little mesmerized…and hooked! Going to head straight on over
to Foundations of Crow again! Thanks for this!

My new favorite video by you! I’ve been working on crow for some time and
found that I really can’t force to take off. Sometimes my feet will lift
off the floor and sometimes they won’t. Through moving from Germany to
Canada I got out of practice (basically no yoga for one month) so this is
great to get back into the swing!
    Thanks a lot and namaste!

You’re chanel is wonderful! you bring me so much peace, and your videos are
the best. i usually like music in videos, but yours are the exception. I’ve
seen yoga videos with really hype music and it was really not my taste. I
love it and love you! Keep doing this! <3
