    Why so much Cardio? So many people keep making this mistake. That is why
    you end up with so much loose skin. weight training and super set, don’t
    change your diet to fast, give yourself time, sleep, and eat foods that
    will help your skin.

      yeah y right but doing too much cardio is going to make you lose your gains
      and you will end up being so damn skinny with loose skin . so you can do
      cardio twice a week and no longer than 30-45 minutes as a good option

      Check out bodybuilding.com site they have body space where you can join a
      group and get advice and also lots of free plans. Start somewhere even a
      tiny bit will boost your confidence and motivate you . Eat clean , if you
      cant jog , walk , slowly increase the distance , in a while you will learn
      more by reading more ( you should read and ensure you understand before
      taking any random advice) Stop drinking soft drinks , drink water plenty of
      it ( around 3.5 litres dont over do it) Eat fruits , Just walking and clean
      eating itself will help you lose a few pounds in a week or two . Just start
      .. get out and walk

      videos I’ve similarly gone from 107 to 88 in 6ish months, aiming for 82kg,
      perhaps lower before packing on some muscle. The coldness, crappier moods
      and hunger suck. Went with intermittent fasting and exercise a few
      times/week here.

      +m00gleboi Cold hands in the morning. Bad mood, my wife still didnt leave
      me, must be real love. IF is great. bcaa in the morning, small meal or
      shake at 12 am. Protein shake with some hunger beating nuts at 6pm. Big
      meal at 8.30 pm. Works great. I hope to hit the 84kg mark on friday.

      videos don’t worry if you haven’t hit your target on Fri. Lately the scales
      don’t move – cardio + 1.5kcals/day, think my body is fighting to keep it’s
      cushions. The bad moods are a bummer, I’ve probably found it easier than
      most given I’m usually chronically depressed. I just time my ‘normal food’
      days for when my other half is about. BTW I do similar, always a big meal
      in the evening + cheese for hunger pains, drink my weight in tea.
