    Diet Plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan kept showing up here on different youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet.

    I'm very overweight for my age. I'm going to California (I live in Washington state, in a desert) for a youth trip this summer and want to lose at least ten pounds before we go, and maintain it. I also want to get in shape in general, because my family had never been athletic, and I want to be. But I need simple and easy workout plans, or my mum will be angry because I care about my weight, and I can't go too heavy on cardio because I'm asthmatic. Any ideas?

    is sweet potatoes good, i heard of its benefits like preventing aging, good for bones eyes and everything, and it has less calories than white potato, could any one give me their opinion? trying to lose weight, i cut out rice and other carbs, and im only eating fruits (i dont mind carbs from fruit) vegetables, maybe a glass of smoothie in the morning with a cup of almond milk, sorry for too detailed info, just trying to give u an idea of what im doing so far…
