    Every time i get acne i get white spots on nails, slow nails growing and i know i get zinc deficient also get bad vision at that times… why is my body giving up a lot of zinc? is this some illness?

      Too much copper can reduce zinc levels. Too little copper causes spider veins, gray hairs (poor pigment production), and eventually aneurisms (from weakend cell walls). It is all a fine balance.
      Extra B-vitamins (green veggies! or a good multi-vit 2x/day), some sun, and a lot of Omega3’s from either cold water fish (esp. salmon, light tuna in oil) or 5gms of fish oil capsules a day also helps clear up skin.
      Then a good skin care regimen. ProActive (or similar) has been recommended for acne-prone skin by A LOT of the gals who do my facials (with all their expensive goos), which they say even surprises themselves! But it works.

      OneaDay and Centrum are mostly all synthetic vitamins, in very minimal amounts, and basically do not work, but are slightly better than taking nothing.
      The medical studies that show MultiVitamins “just create expensive pee” usually used Centrum Silver, so to anyone into Health, the results were no surprise.

      Go get a natural & ‘Optimized’ [packet-type?] multi-vitamin complex from GNC, your holistic doctor, or a well-regarded MLM. Good vitamins cost about the same as one cup of coffee per day, but the benefits are 100 times better in the long run.
      My adult son and I both noticed a difference in 2 weeks after starting on Ariix Optimals +OmegaQ. Our lifts at the gym went up 10%, which usually takes 3-6 months to do.

      Usana, Colgan, Douglas Labs, Truestar (Canada) also make good multi-vit combos. I like Ariix since they have no after-taste and come in capsules, so they dissolve in 20 seconds, not hours like some tablets do. They can also be opened and put in food or drink, and are thus great for those (like my dad) who hate taking a lot of pills.

      +BrotherOfOsiris Approach this with a different angle. Communication, body language, certain demeanor, it may not be necessarily how young you look. Maybe the other guy looks rushed or has the face like “don’t ask me anything”, or he confidently drops things off without waiting to b told, etc, etc, so many possible senerios, u have to be observant and see what works for you. Maybe start wearing glasses (with no lenses) lol. Good luck!

    He is so cute! Why so many angry and agressive people? May be because they are unhappy ones? And, unhappiness and constant stress and bad thoughts and emotions such as anger, envy and frustration are the real reason for ageing , bad health and shorter life. Just learning to forgive and to be a less judjamental to people could make you happy and healthy . Whatever negativity and darkness brewing in your daily thoughts will soon manifest itself in earlier wrinkles . Happy and good people age slowly.

      Also gluten-free helps, too. Christie Brinkley and all the great ageless beauties who are now in their 60’s and 70’s have been eating gluten free (and exercising regularly) since they were in their 20’s, and long before it became a fad.
      I noticed this commonality when I have read various articles and books about or by them.

      I was on a diet around 15 yrs ago, no pizza no pasta, etc. I felt so much better! Then when I fell off the wagon I felt horrible. But I thought I was “allergic” to wheat. Eventually I discovered it was gluten. Anyway I fully agree!

    Selenium should be on the list for reducing age spots. Athletes and people who sweat a lot are notorius for being low on it. Dr. Wallach (who has done thousands of autopsies) says that for every age spot on the surface, there are 10 more inside. Age spots are supposedly made from rancid and bad fats collecting amongst our fat stores. Yuck.
    Selenium also helps the heart, and it is important that it keeps working properly. So many athletes have heart attacks at a young age, despite being otherwise ‘healthy’, such as Bob Harper or Jim Fixx.
    I take +200mcg of selenium a day, plus whatever tiny bit is in my multi-vitamin.

      A few Brazil nuts are good enough for maintenance for a couch potato who is not low on selenium, but an athlete or someone who sweats a lot would have to eat a hell of a lot to get the recommended 200-400 mcg/day.

    Find a quiet spot. Practice 20 min. per day using all 5 senses visualizing your calm scene being completely alone in your vision, i.e. imagine a warm sunny day hiking up a floral mountain side with a cascading waterfall. Use all 5 senses and fool your mind and it will believe you are actually there. Peace.

    Age splits your not getting enough Vitamin C or absorbing it. Pastured orange juice low in vitamin C because the juice is boiled. All fruit cooked destroys the vitamins.
