      yes!!! someone here knows them!! I have been working out with them for
      almost 5 years now. Even when I train elsewhere, I try to squeeze one fb
      workout in my regular routine, I just love working out with them!

    I’m running a 5k in April but I don’t know how to start training because my
    neighborhood is a bit unsafe and I can’t drive to a new area every day :/
    any ideas?

      Caroline Courtney if you go to a college or university with a gym squeeze
      in training before/between/after class or if your workplace is in a
      different (safer) neighbourhood plan around your work schedule. You can
      also do at home circuit training, especially pylometrics, but you do want
      to be running actual distances as well. There are good apps for tracking
      your running and train for specific distances.

      thanks! I’m still in High School, we have a track but it’s used for the
      track team plus special olympics meetings there in the evenings. I’m
      thinking about going to a nearby park to do it but there isn’t a whole lot
      of time in my day. I have to do something though!

      hiit workouts can really build up your ability to do endurance cardio, plus
      alternating between running and another form of cardio can help prevent
      injury. Blogalaties, tone it up, and Rebecca-Louise are my go-to’s for
      youtube workouts, but i’m sure there are other great sources too!

      Can you alternate some home workouts using the internet or dvds with runs 2
      times a week in a safe area? Perhaps on school grounds, or around the
      perimeter just outside of the school track, or a public area track or
      popular walking area?

    I’ve been working out from home since May (canceled my gym membership cause
    I would pretty much only go in the summer due to school) but my body has
    never looked this good! Proof that you don’t need a gym!! Thanks for this
    video:)

      Sarah Lucas I do my work out with popsuger fitness too and I love them they
      have a bit of everything I do my cardio plank and arms they are my favorite
      fitness to do at home?

    Loved it! Also for anyone interested in gaining muscle and strength from
    home, this is what i do and in 3 weeks i saw amazing results: RESISTANCE
    BANDS. They’re affordable, you can use them anywhere, they’re not weights
    and you can target every muscle in your body. They don’t even feel like a
    hustle. I love them.
