    YouTube changed their policy it seems.
    All the videos are not suitable for all advertisers.
    Same as for luimarco or Nick’s Strength & Power.
    They still run mediocre ads here and there though,
    but i will try to keep you guys entertained anyways and
    keep this channel alive!

      They may or may not be light. They are definitely rubber, though. They need so they can get dropped from height and not damage the weight or the floor. Just go watch the olympics some time for perspective.

      I guess people making these videos never failed at anything… Rode a bike perfectly the first time without falling off. Starting walking right out of the womb without stumbling… I’m willing to bet 2 things A. most of the video creators don’t lift or never lift heavy

      3:00 and 5:05 are fails. Misses on heavy bench, the fail there was not having a spotter. Most other things were just missed lifts.

      Luca J you don’t know their life. For all you don’t know, they’re doing it to help prevent concussions in the future, after all, that’s what it’s most useful for. Absorbing more impact so your brain and head doesn’t. I’m 14 years old and need neck training because I play for a high impact sports team.

      kind trains Exactly just because someone is over 50+ years doesn’t mean they don’t need for something, or even if they don’t, having stronger muscles in general is a good idea.

      Well failing a lift is a fail and for neck training idk he also called that one footballer doing hip thrust a fail or a that female powerlifters arch a fail he just wants views

      This video is filled with terrible forms,people lifting weight they aren’t strong enough to lift and just people doing improper workouts.A guy dropped a bar bell in his fucking face in this video! What the hell did you watch because there were plenty of fails.

      sirrcheese roels correct. He is a part of the small percentage that trains neck.
      I trained neck for a year then had to stop.
      My fitted shirts didn’t fit anymore around the neck.
      Didn’t want a new attire just for neck gains.

      Vaunomax Most of those people werent training neck but lower back with all that movement. If youre gonna train neck, move your damn neck.
