    I cannot wait!!! Cracked a couple of ribs two weeks ago and not getting to
    do much. Hopefully I will be all healed by the time this starts

    So awesome and perfect timing… I am currently doing #Blogilates
    #8weekhotbodychallenge where we follow a meal plan to cut out all the junk
    eating and learn to eat healthy, fresh and clean as we pair it with the
    monthly workouts. I have recently been going to the weekend yoga classes at
    my gym and this #30daysofyoga will be perfect because it will be starting
    when the other is ending. This will help continue the progress I’ve been
    having in my health and so glad to have found it since I find yoga
    amazing!! Cant wait until January ^___^

    Hi Adriene,
    I’m totally new to yoga and I’ve been following you for a while now on
    Youtube and love the way you explain things! My question to you is, as I’m
    58 years old and as I’m not very agile and kind of stiff, do you think I
    can follow your 30 days of yoga and get something out of it? Please let me
    know what you think!

      Hi there, yes, there is plenty of room in the 30 days of videos to modify
      up or down and it is very forgiving! Each day and week are quite different
      embracing many different styles, breathing techniques and for the most part
      we keep it pretty simple – again, leaving room for you to rest or play in
      the midst of the practice! <3

    Hi Adriene! So, I’m just 14 years old and, as you can say, clueless about
    “the world”. Some time ago I noticed that, unlike the rest of my age, I’ve
    never done a sport well aside from when I have PE and because I’m not so
    much of an outdoors person, because I don’t know any quite places and also
    not much of a people person, I searched on indoors things, so I could feel
    comfortable. This is how I came to yoga, because I think it fits me,
    because I like to test the flexability of my body and doing excercises that
    don’t require anyone else but myself. I’m going to cut myself here, because
    I have the habit to rant and if I don’t this will be going on forever :).
    So what I want to say is, Thanks, I guess. For your vids (eventhough I just
    started watching from last month) and I would like to participate in this
    non-challange ;).

    Hey adriene! Sounds amazing. Had a serious request if you could pls do a
    sequence for women with PCOS. Weight loss is a big problem for most of us
    but think there are special yogasanas for better health of ovaries. Yoga is
    said to be the only way of curing the problem as well.. Will look forward
    to it
