      Hi to all ladies who have the problem with too much weight. I am 23 years

    *Love this Weight Loss GreenStoreTea. I’m a tea drinker, and it tasted
    great. Also help curb my appetite. It does make you go to the bathroom once
    or twice a day. Which i don’t mind since i struggle to go the bathroom and
    sometimes feel constipated. With this product, I don’t have any trouble
    using the bathroom and it’s not like i have to go right away. I can feel
    like going, but can wait for a good 2-4 hours before i really need to go*

    I started this particular sequence about 4 years ago and haven’t done it
    for about a year and half (been following this particular video everyday
    for over a month now). IT has CHANGED my life beyond words. I kept pushing
    myself though to do atleast 3 sessions and I feel so much stronger. The
    only downside is that I’ve noticed my wrists are pretty sore towards the
    middle of the third session. If anyone has any suggestions on how to
    resolve that I would be grateful. Sadie I love you, you’re the reason I
    ever got into yoga, you’re so inspiring! Namaste

      i’m new to yoga and always wondered how to keep the wrists from hurting. i
      learned in class we should use our fingers as well to take off strain from
      the wrist. almost cupping the hands on the floor. there are exercise hand
      balls to help strengthen the hands. i’ll have to try it myself. hope that
      helps!

      Thanks for your feedback. I actually bought some Golds Gym gloves that have
      a wrap that goes around the wrist sort of like the ones people use for
      their backs. It completely resolved my issue 🙂

    I’ve come back to this routine every month or so, and have been doing this
    for around two years since I first started watching Sadie’s videos. The
    more you put into it, the more you get out of it. I absolutely love this,
    despite the uncomfortable parts. It feels good to be stronger and fresher
    after this routine. Thanks Sadie!!
