September is national yoga exercise month and the month of our birthday celebration! (And also my actual birthday as well!) Oh just what a month to celebrate the power of Yoga exercise! YWA transforms two and also we wish to say THANK YOU! What a fantastic Kula! Next week starts a "brand-new thing" on the network- an actual newsletter. For real. Adriene will be writing a regular newsletter to guide and influence your residence yoga practice weekly.     That’s random. Earlier today I did a few google searches to see how old you
    were. I’d guess late 20s, but it’s very hard to tell since you have the
    youth in your eyes, so I was curious. And yet, here is a video saying it’s
    your birthday (and YwA’s bday!). Congratulations, happy birthday, and good
    luck. I just started taking up yoga two days ago and your “20 mins for
    Beginners” video has been watched each day, and I plan on following that
    for awhile before stepping up.

    (I didn’t find your age, but I did see you’re also an actress. Very cool. I
    guess I first saw you in Austin High. That’s a great stonage movie, for
    obvious reasons haha. I’ll have to check out Joe.)

    Heyo! Congratulations on your two year anniversary! As a native Austinite
    living in DC for the past several years, I cannot tell you how much
    happiness your videos and vlogs bring; I truly feel reconnected to the home
    I love (and miss!) through your kind, supportive, and enthusiastic approach
    to feeling good on the mat. You are a blessing to so many of us and I’m so

    I was wondering whether you could do a shorten video on a morning routine.
    I have children and I’d like to do some stretching as I get out of bed but
    I don’t feel I have 1/2 hr to do it. Could you provide a 10 min routine
    instead? I know yoga should no be rushed but I just would like to have a
    short morning stretching routine I could do on a regular basis, well,
    everyday. Thanks

    Hey ey ey ey ey Adriene! Love your channel so much and it’s an amazing way
    to take a break from studying for my A-levels and check in with my body,
    breathing, and just to calm down.

    Would you be able to have a stretching routine for those who do weight
    lifting/heavy strength training? No doubt many of our muscles are tight and
    need a little bit of loosening up so this would be an awesome routine to
    practice after training sessions!

    Hai Adriene, thanks for all your great fun yoga video. I love sports, but
    have been lazy for years because my space is small and not inspiring me to
    do any workout, until i found your channel, its just really fun and i start
    doing yoga every day since… thank you, thank you, thank you…
