    this didn’t help at all lmao. I am a picky eater and my body will literally throw up almost anything that isn’t trash food, I can’t help it. My knees have a problem so I can’t do almost any sport. And I’m still in a goddamn shithole ugh.

      Skinny doesn’t necessarily mean weak–if you are at a healthy weight, there is no need to gain more.  If you are skinny and weak but healthy, I would recommend focusing on weightlifting and more cardio.  Focus on the muscles, the fat won’t make you stronger (strength-wise).  However, if you are unhealthily skinny, I’d then recommend the weight-lifting and talking to a doctor to set up a weight-gaining diet.

She does a great job of explaining the poses and keeping you focused on breathing. l found this challenging enough where to want to continue to use this same video to improve but not so difficuIt that it would turn off a beginner to yoga.*
