      Hello everyone! Sorry for the late reply. I did this excersise for a month,
      i lost 8 pounds. Then i got the motivation, to step it up and go to the
      gym. Now i go to the gym and do full body workouts. This excersice was
      great to get things started!

      And i've learned so much about food and the digestive processes, and
      life in general. The deeper understanding i have from reading just this one
      book is clear because i find myself making much healthier food choices
      without any struggle at all. So yeah read books. And another one thats
      helped me is to write down your goals. in thorough detail. be as realistic
      as you can. and make your mission public, to everyone, friends and fam.
      Once you’re actually working toward it, it makes it so much more real when
      everyone else knows and is rooting for you. or jealous of your drive. 😉

    so I’m a skinny dude, I don’t work out…but i should. I just went ahead
    and did this with you. I could’nt do it with no breaks and was pretty dead
    towards the end but I’m gonna keep this up daily see what happens. Thanks

      +BW Montages! Do NOT do it twice a day, muscles can take up to 48 hours to
      regenerate, otherwise you will end up hurting yourself, read up on muscles
      and programs

    I finished and only took a 5 second break on the extreme circuit. My arms
    are half dead, but my legs are fine. Am i just fit down below or am i just
    weak up top.

      These exercises work out the arms more and not so much on legs. This is why
      your arms are half dead. Try doing lunges or squats next time as well.

      from 14 to 15 days Man it is improving My stamina I usually do this 4 days
      per week. It looks easy but Tbh its hard to do this 🙂 But Its an Awesome
      workout I am 6.3 a very tall guy And 92kg i am not over weight but due to
      My tall height i sometimes feel Backpain But this workout has also fixed it
      😉 i am dont know About muscles But It is great For Stamina building

      Best Cover One per day is good, however if your not willing to do it that
      much, i would day 3 per week, maybe monday, wednesday and friday, or even
      adding sunday aswell if desired

      Best Cover I must admit, ive been off and off in the month ive been doing
      this, having days of the week i didnt do it, but with that aside, my
      results are good. Ive seen improvement in my biceps, in my core (it’s
      thinned out at this moment in time, still yet to get abs, etc) and i feel
      fitter, in terms of stamina

      day. You’ll progressively see improvements each week. I started off with no
      abs and now I have a four pack and it helps a lot with stamina and endurance
